The TV documentary series In the Heart of Quebec invites us to explore the day to day life of young Quebeckers between 18 and 35 years old, who have chosen to live in rural regions of the province. We meet them just as they are on the verge of a life-changing moment in their existence. Moving, a new job, achieving a dream, going back home, accomplishing a long-term project… all sorts of events which shape a life. Through the respective progression of each one of these ten young adults, we discover regions that enjoy a newly inherited rhythm of change. These people tell us about their concerns and their personal experience with the hometown of their choice; a place they are crazy about and have tattooed on their heart. Within each one of these stories we find love, passion, and a major and deep-rooted attachment for a region in Quebec!
